Mahjong Monday - Open Play

1. Description: Mahjong Monday is a social club hosted 2-3 Mondays in a month. We are founded on playing Chinese-style mahjong in a relaxed environment.

2. When: January 19th at 7:00 pm

4. Price: beginner ticket - $28. Includes full lesson, take-home mahjong guide, 1 beer/wine.

   • Beginner basic ticket - $15. Includes full lesson, become eligible for returning player ticket, access to discounted drinks.

   • Returning player (non-beginner) - $5

Sapphic Book Club

1. Description: a sapphic book club that meets the third Wednesday of each month.

GVL Queer Climb Club

1. Description: come rock climbing and socialize.

Greenville Roller Derby Recruitment

1. Description: Our recruitment events include introductions, league culture, training expectations, safety gear walkthroughs, gameplay discussions, and watching our veteran skaters scrimmage so you can see derby in action. Recruitment is open to future skaters, referees, and volunteers.

5. Additional info: No experience needed! Must be 18+ to join. As a new skater, you’ll begin with our 12-week Freshmeat program, where you’ll learn skating basics, safe contact, and the WFTDA ruleset. After mastering those skills, you’ll move into Tier 2 for personalized coaching before becoming bout-eligible.
