Mahjong Monday - Open Play

  1. Description: Mahjong Monday is a social club hosted 2-3 Mondays in a month. They are founded on playing Chinese-style mahjong in a relaxed environment.

  2. When: February 2nd at 7:00 pm

  4. Price: beginner ticket - $28. Includes full lesson, take-home mahjong guide, 1 beer/wine.

    1. Beginner basic ticket - $15. Includes full lesson, become eligible for returning player ticket, access to discounted drinks.

    2. Returning player (non-beginner) - $5

Open Play Dodgeball with Outloud Sports

  1. Description: join Outloud Sports for their free open play day of dodgeball before kicking off their season!

Friday - February 6th

Wonderland: Mini Retreat and Youth Prom

  1. Description: Join us for a two-day youth retreat, ending with the Upstate Queer Youth Prom. This experience is all about connection, sexual health, yoga, and celebration in a safe, affirming space for LGBTQ+ youth. Ages 13–19 only. Registration is required and closes January 30 with no exceptions. Youth under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Art Crawl with Queer Art Initiative

  1. Description: Enjoy meeting new artists in the community as well as making new friends while experiencing the local art studios & galleries. No artistic experience required, just come and have fun looking at art!

  2. When: February 6th from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

  3. Where: Good Art Co: 10 Central Avenue, Greenville, SC, 29601

  5. Additional: Please arrive no later than 6:30 pm. A committee member from QAI will be there to share more information about the galleries and studios you’ll be visiting for the evening. If you can, please carpool so you can migrate to each gallery together.

LGBT+ Restorative Yoga Class with Nathaniel Bush, Jr.

  1. Description: restorative yoga open to all levels
