  1. Description: a 75min class where Neva will guide the class through gentle strength and restorative yoga postures with options for self-massage. Designed to foster neutrality, gratitude, and compassion for our strong and capable bodies. Price is sliding scale, starting at $5 for virtual or in person attendance.

Pridefest is a community effort to better the overall health and well-being of our local LGBTQIA+ community living in and around the Upstate of South Carolina. By partnering with local organizations whose vision aligns with their mission, they are able to make a greater impact in the community focused towards strengthening our LGBTQIA+ youth and young adults.
