  1. Description: Mahjong Monday is a social club hosted 2-3 Mondays in a month. They are founded on playing Chinese-style mahjong in a relaxed environment.

  1. Description: a 75min class where Neva will guide the class through gentle strength and restorative yoga postures with options for self-massage. Designed to foster neutrality, gratitude, and compassion for our strong and capable bodies. Price is sliding scale, starting at $5 for virtual or in person attendance.
